Viewing the engine through a window
This will always be cool to me.
Particularly on the 360. I think it’s because of NFS Hot Pursuit 2. In a way it’s absurd - you’d never do it at the front of a car, and it really is just pointless showboating.
But I’d die before I bought a 458 Spider, which hides its engine compared to its closed-
topped cousin.

Chevy kinda did the front hood window thing on the C6 ZR1. But all you could really see through it was the engine cover over the supercharger.

That is incredibly lame, I always throw my engine covers away/take them off immediately. Why would I want a window showing me a hunk of plastic

Abarth 2000 Scorpione has a nice and large engine window too.
But you can also marvel the engine without peeking through the window.

Unique and a cool idea, but showing off the engine cover is a bit :\

I actually thought the Cayman engine was just about unreachable and impossible to see

Yeah that's a kit to replace the cover with plexiglass.
